This 23.49-acre site is Phase II of the Concord Subdivision. Phase II totals 109 single family homes. The site is located on the south side of East Lake Mary Boulevard between the Magnolia Park and Kensington Reserve residential subdivisions.

The subject 1.83 acre site is located west of North Oak Avenue and south of Fulton Street. Upon completion, there will be 32 townhome units and a 51 room hotel.

Nations Project

The site for the proposed distillery is located on the north side of West 2nd Street between Park Avenue and Oak Avenue. Upon completion, 2,056 square feet of the original 1923 building will be occupied. Production and warehousing will use 67 square feet. The remaining 589 square feet front West 2nd Street will be the tasting room and gift shop.
