Our second idea is to build lockers for helmet around the bike storage area. Wearing protective equipment such as helmets makes it safe for cyclists to travel. But it could be troublesome to carry the helmet around, so some people choose not to wear it. Having a locker for helmets would encourage people to wear helmets while cycling.
