Washington, D.C.
We traveled to Washington, D.C. during spring break to learn about disability policy, as well as accessibility in museums and other spaces.

Japan
We then spent the first three weeks of the summer in Japan. We attended plays and discussed how accessible those plays were, including whether disabled actors could act in them. With the Tokyo Olympics coming up, we also studied how Japan was preparing for them in relation to accessibility.
