Connecticut General Statutes Section 8-37bb requires the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) to report annually to the Legislature its “Annual report re fair housing choice and racial and economic integration". The full report provides lending and investment data on all CHFA housing programs for the reporting period of October 1 through September 30.
This story covers Multifamily Developments Placed-in-Service (Section 5) occurring between October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
Over 1,800 housing units in 20 developments had their first unit certified as suitable for occupancy. These family, elderly, and supportive housing units covered 16 Connecticut municipalities.
