To add spreadsheet data to ArcGIS Online you need to log in.
For full functionality use a free schools subscription, or if this is not possible you can use a free public account which will have reduced functionality.
1) Download significant earthquakes in the last 30 days from this USGS website https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/csv.php
2) Create your own csv file using country names as the locator and map some relevant data
