This mosque is located in the Lachin district, in the village of Pichanis. It appears on the list of heritage sites of the Republic of Azerbaijan (inventory No. 4736) without a construction date. 1
Comparison of Hexagon satellite imagery dated July 1980 2 with satellite imagery captured in January 2006 3 shows that the roof of the mosque was removed, leaving it heavily damaged.
