Current and Future CIP Construction Projects

Projects across a five-year horizon, with a focus on preserving and enhancing Prince William Water’s infrastructure

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a five-year plan outlining key construction projects that are necessary to upgrade and maintain Prince William Water’s water and wastewater systems.

PW Water Key Projects

The Prince William Water Board of Directors reviews, revises and approves the CIP annually to respond to the changing needs of the community, including planned development activity in Prince William County, and the requirements of the Prince William Water system. The annual CIP update reflects anticipated project timelines and spending schedules.

By using this interactive map, you can learn more about some CIP projects with significant community impact that are in design or under construction. Prince William Water may adjust the timing and spending schedule for CIP projects as warranted by changing priorities, development activity and other factors. In addition, projects may span several years, so be sure to check this web page for updates to any CIP projects of interest.
