Pet Waste Pollution

Since 2001, the New England Environmental Finance Center (NEEFC) has worked to build local capacity to pay for the growing cost of protecting critical environmental resources and fostering resilient communities.

Since 1946, the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District (CCSWCD) has protected natural resources through public outreach, education, and technical assistance with individuals, community groups, schools, businesses, and municipalities.
