Healthy sleep habits are vital to support the overall health and well-being of children and adolescents. Getting enough sleep helps students improve concentration and academic performance.

 Research has shown  that sleeping less than the number of recommended hours on a regular basis is associated with attention, learning, and behavioral problems. Poor sleep habits have also been shown to increase the risk of obesity and diabetes, while also increasing the risk of depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.
