In the country of Cuba there are not many differences at all, even on the islands there are not many changes in religion, ethnicity, or language. The only areas of potential devolution is where different languages are. For example the language of Haitian Creole could split from where most of the Spanish language is located. The same thing could happen with the non-religious people of Cuba. The separate islands like Isla de la Juventud could split from the rest of the country because of its isolation.
