Buckie ASG
Buckie Area School Group (ASG) covers the coastal strip in the east of Moray. There are seven primary schools and one denominational primary school, with Buckie High School covering the ASG.
Buckie High School
Buckie High School is a six-year comprehensive community school serving the coastal area. On site at the school, there is a swimming pool and leisure complex, and extensive sports facilities.
1. Cluny Primary School
Cluny Primary School is located in the west of Buckie in close proximity of Buckie High School facilities.
2. Cullen Primary School
Cullen Primary School is on the outskirts of Cullen and enjoys the open space of a large playing field area.
3. Findochty Prmairy School
Findochty Primary School is a small friendly school set in its own grounds to the south of the village of Findochty.
4. Millbank Primary School
Millbank Primary School is semi open plan in design and was opened in 1974, located in the east of Buckie.
5. Portessie Primary School
Portessie school serves the village of Portessie and has a catchment area out to the farms around Rathven and Strathlene.
6. Portgordon Primary School
Portgordon Primary School is situated up the brae in the village of Portgordon.
7. Portknockie Primary School
Portknockie Primary was first built in 1876 and is of traditional stone built design. It was originally a junior secondary. Located at the eastern side of the village.
8. St Peter's RC Primary School
St Peter's RC Primary School is a denominational school covering the Buckie coastal area. Although a Catholic primary school it warmly welcomes all children and their families from other faiths and none.
