Youth Climate Practitioners

A class for all high-school students, designed to inspire and empower young leaders to become champions of sustainability.

Semester Snapshot: A Quick Look at Our Journey

The visits have left a lasting impression on our students, deepening their understanding of the interconnectedness of sustainability efforts and the importance of community collaboration.

Doing all these class trips is amazing, and I didn't know that all these places even existed.

Final Project: Green Restaurant Challenge

Four Local Restaurants Certification Ready!

Students partnered with local restaurants to help them become certified as a Hawaii Green Business. With the help of Peyton Flint, the Hawaii State Energy Office's Wayfinder, students met with their selected restaurant and guided them through the 10-Point Sustainability Checklist. Each student group was successful and completed the checklist for four restaurants on island.
