The Canoe River Wilderness Area north of Willow Street include wooded paths that offer views of Greeley's Pond and extend into the King Philip's Rock conservation area in Sharon. Part of it is owned by Norfolk County.

Cocasset River Park and Recreation Area

The Cocasset River Park and Recreation Area features marked trails that follow the Cocasset River and extend into the F. Gilbert Hills State Forest.

Harold B. Clark Town Forest

The Harold B. Clark Town Forest is best accessed from Forest Road, from which a trail loops around Upper Dam Pond. Other trails, including a section of the Warner Trail, extend into the F. Gilbert Hills State Forest.

Lane Homestead

The Lane Homestead is best accessed from Laprelot Road off of North Street and offers views of the scenic Neponset Reservoir as well as a section of the Warner Trail.

Sallie Property

The Sallie Property is best accessed from the parking lot on Main Street. It features views of Emery's Brook and the Cocasset River, as well as trails that extend into the F. Gilbert Hills State Forest.

Wolf Meadow

The Wolf Meadow Area features a trail that runs from Mill Street to the F. Gilbert Hills State Forest and offers a view of Wolf Meadow.

F. Gilbert Hills State Forest is owned by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Warner Trail

Warner Trail. Click to expand.

The Warner Trail is a 33-mile trail that starts at the Diamond Hill Park in Cumberland, Rhode Island to the Knolwood Memorial Park in Sharon. In Foxborough, it crosses Route 1 in Wrentham and enters town in the F. Gilbert Hills State Forest before heading north into the Harold B. Clark Town Forest and then crosses Lakeview Road to the Sallie Property. From there it follows Main Street (Route 140). North Street, and Chestnut Street before entering the Lane Homestead. Next, it follows Munroe Street, turns right onto McKenzie Lane, right onto McCasland Way, and right onto Camp Road before crossing over to Edwards Road, which it follows to a conservation restriction and crosses over to Beach Street. Finally, it follows Beach Street briefly before turning into the woods and leaves town along a gas easement, eventually reaching South Main Street in Sharon, where it intersects with the Bay Circuit Trail.
