Expertise in working closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The annual budget for IT is $3,000,000.

Director of GIS Administration (2005-2021)

Thrives in leading local government agencies at the county, regional and state level, developing and managing professionals and projects, as well as partnerships. Experience in leading Campbell, Kenton and Pendelton Counties in workflows and business process management to maximize agency and department efficiencies. Supporting team for the LINK-GIS policy board and technical committee. • Negotiated contract with large imagery firm for three county area with realized savings of $125,000.
• Leading in-house software development of pavement management project saving partnership $17,000 yearly.
• Awarded Homeland Security Grant from USGS aerial photography flight of $35,000 dollars.

Director of GIS Administration/IT/Public Information Coordinator (2002-2005)

Managed GIS/IT team through first imagery quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) project including planimetric update for Campbell and Kenton Counties. Initiated strategic plan to improve internal and external customer response times and overall GIS/IT experience. Lead initiative to optimize processes by adopting best practices implementing a help desk ticketing system to maximize customer satisfaction for the organization. Responsible for county-wide GIS creation from the ground up and management. Lead departmental relationships, GIS designs, empowerment, and implementation. Promoted and implemented a county enterprise GIS. Negotiated with other government and private sector agencies for data sharing.
