What are we doing?
To support the launch of Sydney Metro from Chatswood to Sydenham operations, Transport for NSW aims to improve community access to Sydney Metro services in the North West and North Shore, towards the Sydney CBD.
Changes will optimise the bus network, reduce duplication of services and support residential growth areas.
What’s changing?
Changes have been made to optimise the network, reduce duplication of services and support residential growth.
This will include additional bus services on key routes, more seats along the M2 Motorway, minor frequency or timetable changes and a targeted route change or route withdrawal.

From 4 August, we'll be making changes to bus services as we get ready for Sydney Metro.
Some bus routes in Sydney’s North and North West will have more services, longer operating hours and will soon have improved access to Sydney Metro stations.
While we wait for Sydney Metro, some extra bus services will operate from the North West to help you complete your trip.
