The applicant’s proposal is to develop approximately 22-acres located on the southwest corner of Oracle and Hardy Roads (highlighted in blue on the map). The request is for a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and Master Development Plan to enable the development of a mixed-use project with office, retail, restaurant and residential uses.

1st Neighborhood Meeting (online and in person) - The Town requires the property owner to hold a neighborhood meeting at the front end of the process as it is important to hear your comments and questions about the request early on to help inform their formal submittal.
