Introduction
The Sylvan Dell Farm Nature Park transforms existing farmland to a green hub.
The design aims at identifying habitats to inform future restoration initiatives.
The site is close to the West Branch Susquehanna River, back to the mountains, allowing ridge to valley connection in design.
Being in floodplain, the soil is fertile for both agriculture and natural plant species.
It has a beautiful yet degraded wetland that has the potential to attract a variety of wildlife after restoration.
