About This Walk
This 45-minute walk takes you on the walking trail around Rengstorff Park in Mountain View. The purpose of this walk is to slow down, observe, and enjoy. Spending time outside may not be your preferred method of relaxing, and that's perfectly okay. You will get the most out of this walk if you approach it with an open mind and the willingness to participate in the wellness exercises that are shared.
You may choose to bring a journal and pen for some of the reflection exercises, though you can do them as thought exercises if you prefer.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes. It is also a good idea to check the Air Quality Index and outdoor temperature before taking this walk.
