Photo User Days (PUD) allow mappers to predict visitation to specific locations based on how many people took a photograph and uploaded it to the image sharing website Flickr. Using PUDs from historic years, we can determine averages, like the one shown below for 2017. Our analysis utilizes photo data between the years of 2011 and 2017, and looking at the map below it is easy to see that many people have taken pictures of all the beauty the Kittatinny Ridge has to offer!

The tool used for this analysis can be found in a suite of models that comprise the InVEST software, a part of Stanford University's Natural Capital Project.
