This year marked the tenth- and largest- Day in the Life event in Western New York. More than 700 students, teachers, and community partners collected water quality data within the Niagara River/Lake Erie (NRLE) Watershed. It was a beautiful day to be on the water, with the sun shining and air temperatures reaching 70 degrees.
The "Day in the Life" event provides a snapshot of our watershed at a particular point in time. This report shows the compiled results from the event and our new, interactive format allows YOU to find notable trends and observations. This data was also uploaded to the Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) database, joining countless other observations by community scientists from around the world.
