Lexington-Richland School District Five
Adopted Redistricting Plan
On January 25, 2021. The Board of Trustee's voted to adopt a Redistricting Plan to be implemented for the 2021-22 school year. The Online Interactive Map allows the community to find their address, explore the Plan, and understand potential attendance zone changes (if any) to their family and neighborhood. For the best viewing experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. To review background information on the redistricting process, please visit https://www.lexrich5.org/redistricting
Any questions or comments regarding the Adopted Plan can be sent to redistricting@lexrich5.org
The interactive map is color coded based on the elementary attendance zones under the Adopted Plan. No changes to the intermediate, middle, or high school attendance zones are proposed. In addition, there are no changes to the elementary school attendance zones outside of the Chapin Cluster. Finally, all current open choice, or magnet students will remain in their current schools.
In order to understand impacts under the Adopted Plan, please use the magnifying glass in the upper left hand corner to search by address. If you have location enabled on your device, click on the cross hairs on the bottom right of the map (just above the home button). This will zoom to your current location.
