the birth place and creation story of the Dakota people, the point where the Mississippi and Minnesota river meet. Sandy beach over looking the river and a bridge.

Considering the three pillars of the triple bottom line, I think Fort Snelling State Park is being sustainably managed to a decent extent. Throughout and along the state park there are plentiful amounts of all three triple bottom line pillars. The roads, sidewalks and paths were clean, kept up to date, and safe and accessible for all to use. The bathrooms and water fountains were in working condition and I also saw an automatic water bowl for dogs as well. Map boards were full of helpful information, and in good condition.
