Surrey Interactive Map

Welcome to  Surrey County Council's  interactive map.

You can find a location on the map by entering a postcode or place name. Once you press enter, the map will zoom to that location. Use the widgets to interact with the map further. 

The Other Searches widget enables you to search by various layers which appear in the map; namely districts, wards, electoral divisions, register offices, bus map areas, community recycling centres, and by school's DFE numbers.

Note: if a layer is greyed out, please zoom in closer until it becomes active.

Other widgets include:

The Layer List widget, at the top right hand side of the page, to interactively check layers on and off.

The Legend of visible layers widget simplifies the legend by only listing those that are currently checked on and visible in the map.

The Bookmarks widget displays a collection of pre-defined map extents.

The Measurement  widget allows you to measure the area of a polygon or length of a line, or find the coordinates of a point.

The Basemap Gallery widget presents the option to switch between the aerial imagery and OS basemapping.

Please note that this version is best viewed in Internet Explorer, and will be retired in the near future.
