Executive Summary
The Plan has 11 sections and Appendices A-U. The executive summary provides an overview and key conclusions of each section.
The report is based on the known conditions and thinking as of January 31, 2024, including projects in the then current Draft STIP.

How to Comment
Your comments to the Draft Plan are welcomed!
- TAC members and the public may choose to express support, neutral, no support positions on the plan in its entirety, or of specific components or recommendations. This may also include disagreements and recommended corrections and/or clarifications of data presented in the Draft CAP.
- We suggest comments reference a page or section number of the report. This will help to ensure we adequately address questions and comments.
- TAC comments will be posted to the project website with a dedicated link (e.g., “TAC Review and Comments of Draft Corridor Action Plan”). Likewise, public comments will be posted to the project website with a dedicated link (e.g., Public Review and Comments of Draft Corridor Action Plan”). In this way, the TAC and the public will be able to access and read comments before or along with their review.
- TAC member and public comments will be posted in the format received (e.g., emails and related attachments/materials).
- The public will also be given the opportunity to provide oral comments at the public meetings (described below).

- Provide comment (written or oral) at the upcoming public meetings (described below)
Public meetings will be held in Fairbanks, Tok, and Delta in late April/early May.
- The meetings will include a brief presentation of the Draft Corridor Action Plan and findings.
- Copies of TAC Member comments and public comments (described above) received to date will be made available at the public meetings.
- Most of the public meeting time will be dedicated to a public hearing allotting 3 minutes per commenter. A court reporter will record comments.
- Details of the public meetings (dates, times, places) will be announced and advertised at least two weeks prior to the first meeting.
- The comment period will close approximately 2 weeks after the first public meeting, effectively providing the TAC and the public approximately 6 weeks total to review and comment on the draft plan.
- TAC Member and public comments on the draft plan will be included as separate appendices to the Final Corridor Action Plan.
