SDG 7 - Affordable and Clean Energy
Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
The Hunter has localised the targets and chosen to report against the following primary indicators* to determine our progress:
- 7.1.2. Proportion of solar hot water, PV systems, electric vehicles
- Number of new/upgraded/repaired solar hot water system installations
- Percentage of households with solar PV panels
- Proportion of cars that are fueled by electricity
- 7.2.1 Proportion of energy production that is renewable
- Proportion of energy production from renewables vs non-renewables
- 7.3.1. Daily household expenditure on electricity
- Average daily expenditure on electricity
* Data provided was last updated in 2023. It is anticipated that the data sets will be updated once every 2 years.
